In addition to the weekly compensation you receive as an employee of the company, we provide the following company benefits:

  • Vacation and Sick Leave
  • Annual Paid Holidays
  • Health, Dental, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance
  • Company Sponsored Flexible Account
  • Retirement 401K Profit Sharing Plan
  • Workers Compensation Insurance
  • Unemployment Insurance

Benefit Eligibility and Company Contribution is based on whether you are a full-time or part-time employee.  A regular full-time employee working in excess of 30 hours per week is eligible to enroll in the health, dental, short-term disability and life insurance plans.  Coverage becomes effective the first of the month following completion of the benefit eligibility waiting period (1st of the month following 90 days of employment) and submission of required enrollment forms.  Part-time employees working 17.5 or more hours a week may participate in the health and dental plans, however, there are no company contributions to premium costs or Flex plan accounts.

Upon hire, your supervisor will explain your benefits package to you in detail, as this is an outline intended to be a general summary of our benefits package.
